ORDERS

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Your orders is normally sent from our storage in Norway within 2-7 business days.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Click the Change order button from your order view and edit the products and shipping options from there.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Click the Change order button from your order view and cancel the order from there.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping fees vary from country to country, the weight of an item and the size of your order. This is calculated at checkout.

You get

FREE SHIPPING on orders over 1000kr worldwide.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

If your shipping address is in Norway there will be no duties and taxes.

Other countries: Please be aware that Little Rainbow Family does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED?

If you receive an email that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please email us (nilleillustrations@gmail.com) and we will assist you. Any "Unreceived package" claims must be made within 30 days of the date that you were notified that it was delivered. Any claims after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We accept returns.

The customer pay for shipping of the return.

If you want to exchange product you have to return your product and make a new order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY?

If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size after a clear picture of the defect is sent to us.

 

ITEMS CARE CLOTHES

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Your clothes can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

MUGS

Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

Matte Black and Glossy Black Magic Mugs, however, should only be hand-washed, and you can't put them in a microwave. Note that they're also prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

The same goes for our Enamel Mugs that should only be hand-washed. Also, you can't heat liquids or food directly in the Enamel Mugs

-it can damage their coating.

BAGS

Pillow cases can be machine-washed without bleach on a cold cycle, and they can be tumble-dried on low heat. They can't be ironed or dry-cleaned.
